1. Accepted Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD) (Available only for selected locations and eligible orders)

2. Payment Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD confirmation.

You will receive an order confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.

3. Secure Payments

All online payments are processed through trusted and secure payment gateways. Mithila Tools does not store your card or banking details.

4. Failed Transactions

If your payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount is usually refunded automatically by your bank or payment provider within 5–7 business days.

If you do not receive the refund, please contact us with your transaction details.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available only for eligible products and serviceable locations.

We reserve the right to disable COD for certain orders.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

COD refunds will be transferred to your bank account or UPI ID after verification.

7. Taxes

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable GST and other taxes will be charged as per Indian law.
