Return & Refund Policy

At Mithila Tools, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

The original invoice/bill is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Used or damaged products.

Electrical items that have been installed or used.

Custom-made or special-order products.

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method or bank account, as applicable.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
