Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation or COD verification.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

Delhi NCR: 1–3 Business Days

Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days

Other Locations in India: 3–7 Business Days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotional offers.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email to track your shipment.

5. Delivery Attempts

If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier partner may make additional delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos for verification.

7. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Mithila Tools is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.

8. Service Area

Currently, we deliver across India. Delivery to some remote or non-serviceable locations may not be available.
